What’s Happening
We're currently experiencing a temporary issue that is preventing our support team from accessing customer profiles and order details. This may cause delays in resolving queries that require account-specific information.

What Caused It
The issue stems from an expired internal VPN security certificate, which is currently blocking secure connections to our customer data services.

What We’re Doing
Our technical team is actively working to:

-Renew and deploy the updated security certificate

-Restore connectivity across all affected systems

-Monitor performance to ensure everything is fully operational once access is restored

Your Data Is Safe
All customer data remains encrypted and secure. There has been no unauthorised access.

What You Can Still Do
Urgent requests can still be submitted through our normal support channels — our team will assist as soon as possible

All non-account-related services remain unaffected

Self-service options in the customer portal are fully available
