The earlier system failure affecting ACS Checkout has been resolved. The incident was caused by a downstream service issue, which has now been addressed. Checkout functionality is fully restored and transactions are processing normally.
We apologise for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service. We will continue to monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability. ALL Stores using the ACS point of sale where affected including Makro, Builders, Edgars, and Pepkor brands.
We will continue to monitor the transactions flowing for any further issues.
